水热法改性工业级Mg(OH)2晶体形貌研究
Study on Morphology of Industrial Grade Mg(OH)2 Crystals Modified by Hydrothermal Method
【摘要】 以工业级Mg(OH)2为原料,应用水热技术对Mg(OH)2晶体形貌和颗粒尺寸进行改性。考察了水、乙醇和尿素3种水热溶剂对Mg(OH)2晶体的影响。通过扫描电镜(SEM)表征可知,3种水热溶剂在一定程度上都可以改善工业级薄片状Mg(OH)2晶体的形貌和团聚状态。尤其是尿素对Mg(OH)2改性效果最为明显,在250℃下改性可以得到尺寸在10μm,形貌非常规整的立方体晶体。
【Abstract】 A method of hydrothermal modification on industrial grade Mg(OH)2 particles in ethanol, water and urea solution was investigated. Influence of morphology and size of hydrothermal products was studied. According to SEM, morphology and aggregation of Mg(OH)2 crystals were improved greatly. Effects of urea solution was obvious, size was increased up to 10μm and morphology of Mg(OH)2 was cube crystal at the temperature of 250℃.
