【摘要】 以某型号爆发器研制为基础,介绍了一种鱼雷爆发器用新型水压保险装置的设计,分析了其作用原理、结构特点、影响作用灵敏度的关键因素,对水压保险装置的受力进行了理论计算及试验验证。试验结果表明:该保险装置受水压作用灵敏度高、作用可靠,且深度转换方便,可满足不同鱼雷爆发器水压保险的要求。

【Abstract】 Based on some pattern of torpedo exploder,the design of a new type of hydraulic safety which is used in torpedo exploder was introduced.The function principle,structure characteristic and key factors influencing on sensitivity were analyzed,the applied forces against the safety was theoretic calculated and validated through test.The results proved that the safety has high sensitivity and reliability,and deep exchange is convenience,it can meet with the requirements of series of torpedo exploder.
