NaBH4/I2体系还原4-正丙基环己基甲酸
Reducing 4-propylcyclohexanecarboxylic Acid with NaBH4/I2 System
【摘要】 介绍了NaBH4/I2体系还原4-正丙基环己基甲酸为4-正丙基环己基甲醇。从环境、温度、料比、溶剂量等因素分析得出了最佳反应条件。按此条件放大15倍,4-正丙基环己基甲酸的转化率达99.06%,4-正丙基环己基甲醇的收率为93.4%。
【Abstract】 Reduction of 4-propylcyclohexanecarboxylic acid to(4-propylcyclohexyl)methanol was introduced with NaBH4/I2 system.The best conditions from the environment,temperature,feedstock ratio and the amount of solvent were determined.The conversion of 4-propylcyclohexanecarboxylic acid could reach to 99.06%,and the yield of(4-propylcyclohexyl)methanol was 93.4% when magnified by 15 times under the optimum conditons.
