【Abstract】 As proposed in the report to the 17th CPC People’s Congress, the key point in realizing future goal of economic development is to accelerate transforming the development mode and to improve socialist marketing economic system. It is put forward as a fundamental principle on the basis of exploring and mastering the laws of economic development, and also as a significant strategy according to the real state of our country’s economic development.
