【Abstract】 With the advent of the aging of population,the security of rights and interests of the aged is being paid more attention to.In this paper,the flaws in existing security system of rights and interests of the aged in our country are thoroughly analyzed with respect to legal security,social security and culture firstly.Then some solutions are given,which include strengthening the legal security system of rights and interests of the aged,establishment of various endowment insurance and medicare,development of welfarism,and promotion of mental civilization.更多还原
