【Abstract】 Technical service is one of evaluation index for innovation type corporations,also one of central tasks for provincial-level electric power research institute.This paper discussed many key factors about how to set up efficient encouragement and disciplinary mechanism in technical service,and combine technical service with new technology promotion,innovation human resource,mass innovation activities,technical supervision,and expand the technical service as well in order to provide better supports for Heilongjiang Electric Power Grid’s further development.更多还原
