轿车白车身静刚度分析
Analysis of rigidity of the body-in-white of a car
【摘要】 文章在Unigraphics软件中建立了白车身的几何三维模型,用自行编制的接口程序生成命令流文件,将模型导入到ANSYS环境中,建立白车身有限元模型,探讨了大型复杂结构的有限元建模效率及其相关问题;用有限元理论分析了静态工况下承载式轿车白车身的刚度特性,通过对其刚度的分析,研究了车身结构不同部位的受力特性;进行了轿车白车身刚度试验,验证了理论建模分析的合理性和可靠性。
【Abstract】 The 3D geometric model of the body-in-white of a car is created by using the Unigraphics software and then introduced to the ANSYS software through the programs designed.The finite element model of the car is established in the ANSYS software.The modeling efficiency of the complicated structure and other correlated issues are researched.The rigidity characteristics of the body-in-white of a unitized car under the static loading condition is analyzed with the finite element method.According to the analysis,the loading characteristics at different parts of the structure are investigated.The rigidity test of this car is conducted,and the results verify the rationality and reliability of the finite element model of the car.
