可拓评价在线路板回收方法综合性能比较中的应用
Application of extension assessment to comprehensive capability comparison of PCB’s recycling methods
【摘要】 为了能够综合评价现有印刷线路板回收方法的优劣,文章对超临界CO2法、热处理法、机械处理法及化学溶剂法4种印刷线路板的回收方法的特点进行了研究。将可拓评价方法引入到由专家打分而定的全定性指标、既有最大值最优又有最小值最优的印刷线路板回收方法综合性能评价中,从环境、能源、资源、经济4种属性出发,建立了含有16个指标项的评价体系,得到了印刷线路板回收方法的综合性能排序,为印刷线路板回收的方法选用及性能改进提供了参考依据。
【Abstract】 In order to evaluate the available PCB’s recycling methods comprehensively,four PCB’s recycling methods including the supercritical CO2 method,the pyrolysis method,the mechanical treatment method and the chemical solvent method are studied.Extension assessment is introduced into the comprehensive capability comparison of the PCB’s recycling methods in which the qualitative indexes,maximum optimization and minimum optimization are considered.From the viewpoints of environment,energy,resource and economy,an assessment system including 16 indexes is established.Finally,the comprehensive capability order of the PCB’s recycling methods is obtained,which provides a reference for selection of the PCB’s recycling methods and improvement in their capabilities.
