摇摆状态下两相流空泡份额变化规律分析
Analysis of void fraction changes of two-phase flow in rolling tubes
【摘要】 为了研究摇摆对两相流空泡份额的影响,通过对不同管径、摇摆周期和摇摆角度下的竖直有机玻璃管内两相流空泡份额变化规律进行了分析.对实验数据的分析发现,管径增加会使相同容积含气率下的空泡份额减小;弹状流区域内,摇摆角度增加使得空泡份额降低,随着容积含气率的增加,摇摆角度改变对空泡份额的影响减弱;相对于摇摆角度对空泡份额的影响而言,摇摆周期的改变对空泡份额的影响并不明显.
【Abstract】 The regularity of void fraction changes in two-phase flow in rolling vertical glass tubes with different inner diameters,rolling periods and rolling angles were analyzed through experiments.The results showed that void fractions decreased with increasing tube diameter at the same volume fraction.In the region of slug flow,increasing rolling angle made the void fraction decline,and with rising volume fractions,the influence of changing rolling angle on void fraction reduced.Compared with the influence of rolling angle,the effect of changing rolling period on void fractions is not obvious.
