【摘要】 实验测定了不同温度下,C在Fe-Mn熔体(xFe=0.102 3~0.789 9,xMn=0.055 1~0.638 0)中的溶解度。应用Gibbs-Duhem方程,结合实验结果,引用文献报道的实验数据,通过严格的热力学推导与计算,获得1448~2033 K范围适用的Fe-C系中εCC,ρCC和ρCC,C与温度的关系式分别为εCC=-3.016 8+11 046.626 4/T,ρCC=43.639 2-5 523.313 2/T和ρCC,C=-28.087 2。计算结果表明,这些关系式既能满足Gibbs-Duhem方程的必要条件εCC+2ρCC+3ρCC,C=0,又能满足C含量高时体系稳定的必要条件1+εCCxC+2ρCCx2C≥0。

【Abstract】 Carbon solubility in Fe-Mn melts(xFe=0.102 3~0.789 9,xMn=0.055 1~0.638 0) was measured experimentally at various temperature.Using Gibbs-Duhem equation,combining with the experimental results of this work,quoting experimental data reported in references,by strictly thermodynamical derivation and calculation,the relation equations(at 1448~2033 K temperature range) between εcc,ρcc and ρc,c c in Fe-C system and temperature were obtained as follows εcc=-3.016 8+11 046.626 4/T,ρcc=43.639 2-5 523.313 2/T and ρcc=-28.087 2.The calculation results show that these relation equations can satisfy the necessary condition(εcc+2ρcc+3ρc,cc=0) for satisfying Gibbs-Duhem equation and the necessary condition(1+εccxc+2ρccx2c≥0) for satisfying stability condition of system at high carbon content.
