【Abstract】 At present,the railway construction of China is now in the golden stage of development,which involves both opportunities and challenges.We must expand the capital input,accelerate the building of the road network and increase its capacity,in order to relieve the current tense situation.This paper first analyzes the current situation of the railway development of China.Then in accordance with domestic and international experience in the reform and development of the railway,it also explores how to promote leaping development of Chinese railway construction and how to quicken the development of the rail transport in terms of the reform of increasing investment and financing system and the establishment of legislation and monitoring system.更多还原
