【摘要】 对华东电网2000~2007年的电源充裕度和可靠性指标进行评估,分析了历年的实际可靠性水平及相关影响因素,并与传统的备用裕度方法相校核。根据负荷特性、电源结构和区外来电特性,通过电源可靠性(LOLP)计算及电力电量平衡模拟运行计算,提出了华东电网合理备用容量的建议值,为中长期电源和电网规划提供参考依据。更多还原

【Abstract】 The power supply margin and the reliability of East China Power Grid during 2000 and 2007 are evaluated.The actual reliability level and relevant influencing factors are analyzed and used to check the traditional reserve margin method.Based on the load characteristics,the power source structure,and the characteristics of input electric power from external regions,the calculations on power source reliability(LOLP) and power balance simulation operation were conducted.Based on that,the reasonable reserve capacity of East China Power Grid is proposed.更多还原
