【摘要】 目的:了解妇科住院病人抗菌药的药物利用情况和分析用药的合理性,并为抗菌药的合理利用提供参考。方法:采用药物利用研究中的回顾性方法,对妇科住院患者抗菌药使用情况、药物的种类、用药频度、用药金额及药物利用指数等作为指标进行统计分析。结果:抗菌药的使用率为77.24%,其中预防感染用药占80.6%,联合用药占66.18%,合理使用抗菌药为62.5%。结论:预防用药、选用药物及联合用药等方面存在不合理现象,应加强管理规范抗菌药的应用。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective: To investigate antimicrobial drug used by gynecological patients and analysis the reasonableness of it,and provide reference for the rational use of these drugs.Method:By retrospective method,We investigated the use of antimicrobial agents by gynecological patients,the type of drug,the frequency of use,the amount of drugs and drug use as indicators index for statistical analysis.Result:Antimicrobial utilization rate was 77.24%,which accounted for the prevention of drug 80.6%,accounting for 66.18% combined,and the rational use of agents was 62.5%.Conclusion:Drug prevention,drug use and combination in areas such as minority anomaly should strengthen management practices antibacterial drug applications.更多还原
