【摘要】 目的:探讨提高空气灌肠整复小儿肠套叠成功率的相关措施。方法:对135例肠套叠进行空气灌肠,一次注气未能整复的进行间歇注气、辅助手法按摩或肌注654-2 5mg后20~30min后再次整复。结果:本组135例中一次注气成功整复75例(55.5%),进行间歇性注气、辅助手法按摩或肌注654-2后成功整复48例(35.5%),不能整复12例(9%)。结论:一次注气未能成功整复,采用间歇注气、辅助手法按摩或肌注654-2可大大提高肠套叠成功率。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective:To study the measure of improving the success rate of reducing the children’s intussuception with air enema.Methods:135 cases,couldn’t reduce in one time,were reduced again 20~30 minutes after by intermittent insufflation,massage with hands or intramuscular injection with 654-2 5mg.Results:Of 135 cases,reduction a shot 75 patients(55.5%),reduction again after intermittent insufflation,massage with hands or intramuscular injection with 654-2 48 patients(35.5%),failure reduction 12 patients(9%).Conclusion:The success rate of reducing intussuception may be improved greatly with treatment by intermittent insufflation,exert by massage with hands or intramuscular injection with 654-2 if failing in reduction a shot.更多还原
