【摘要】 目的:观察中西医结合治疗糖尿病肾病(DN)的疗效。方法:将80例DN患者随机分为对照组和治疗组,对照组用常规西药治疗,治疗组在西医常规治疗的基础上联合中药治疗。结果:治疗后治疗组在8hUAER、24h尿蛋白定量方面改善明显优于对照组,两者比较差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05);治疗组总有效率为92.50%,对照组为75.00%,两者比较差异亦具有统计学意义。结论:中西医结合治疗DN可明显改善肾功能并提高治疗疗效。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective:To observe the effect of combined treatment of traditional Chinese medicine and western medicine on diabetic nephropathy.Methods:80 patients were divided randomly into treatment group and control group.The control group was followed normal western procedure,and the treatment group was added the traditional Chinese medicine.Results:UAER in 8 hours and urine protein quantitation in 24 hours in treatment group improved more obviously than those in control group,and there were significant differences in two groups(P<0.05).The total effective rate was 92.50% in treatment group and was 75.00% in control group,there were significant differences in two groups(P<0.05).Conclusion:Combined treatment of traditional Chinese medicine and western medicine on diabetic nephropathy can improve renal function and boost curative effect.更多还原
