【摘要】 目的:观察通便胶囊治疗便秘的临床效果。方法:通过147例便秘患者随机分为2组,对照组69例,给予复方芦荟胶囊2粒日三次口服,治疗组78例给予自制的通便胶囊3粒,饭前半小时,日三次口服。结果:治疗组与对照组总有效率分别为97.4%和94.22%无明显差异,治疗组与对照组治愈率分别为51.3%和4.34%。2组比较有显著性差异(P(0.05)且治疗组的负作用如腹痛加重,停药后症状反弹等明显低于对照组,分别为2.56%和41.03%及1.28%和14.36%。结论:自制的通便胶囊治疗便秘负作用小,治愈率高。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective: To observe the effect of Tongbian capsule on constipation.Method: 147 cases were divided into two groups,the control group(69 cases)and treatment group(78 cases).2 granules compound Luhui capsule were given to the control group orally,three times a day,3 granules Tongbian capsule were taken before diet orally,three times a day.Result: There’s no significant difference of total effective rate in the control group(94.22%)and treatment group(97.4%),P<0.05.The cure rate was 4.34% and 51.3% in two groups respectively,There’s no significant difference,P<0.05.The side effect,such as abdominal pain and the rebound symptomsrate after stopping the drug was 2.56% and 41.03%;1.28% and 14.36%.Conclusion: Tongbian capsule in treating constipation with less side effect,higher cure rate.更多还原
