【Abstract】 Objective: To study the indications and feasibility of traumatic spleen rupture by conservative treatment.Methods:The data of 28 patients with traumatic spleen rupture were retrospectively analyzed.Results:28 cases were taken conservative treatment,26 cases were cured,the cure rate was 92.9%.Conclusions:If the indications of conservative treatment were mastered strictly,traumatic spleen rupture by conservative treatment is a safe effective method also.更多还原
