【摘要】 目的:探讨胆囊切除术后残余胆囊的发生原因及预防措施。方法:应用单因素分析和Logistic回归多因素分析方法,回顾性分析我院19例胆囊切除术后残余胆囊的临床资料。结果:本组486例胆囊切除术中,19例发生残余胆囊,发生率3.9%,比该组手术其他并发症高。术前病程,严格的手术适应症,合适的手术方式,术者年资与技术熟练程度均与残余胆囊的发生密切相关。结论:严格掌握适应证,运用熟练技术可有效减少残余胆囊的发生,这在基层医院及初学者间显得尤其重要。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective:Discuss the reason of cholecyst remains after cholecystectomy and the prevent measure.Method:Apply single factor analyse and Logistic regress multimode factor analyse,analyse retrospect our hospital 19 samples which cholecyst remains after cholecystectomy clinic data.Result: during 486 cholecystectomy in the team,19 cholecyst remains after cholecystectomy,rate 3.9%,is higher than other team.The cholecyst remains is relatived with course of disease before operation,operation accommodate strictly,suitable operation mode,operator work experience and skill skillful tightly.Conclusion:Mastery accommodate strictly,exert skillful technic to reduce the cholecyst remains effectively,this is very important in the grass roots hospital and beginner.更多还原
