【摘要】 目的:研究血脂紊乱的2型糖尿病患者足背动脉形态学和血流动力学及其血供的变化。方法:糖尿病非血脂紊乱组42例,糖尿病血脂紊乱组60例,采用日立717OS大型全自动生化分析仪,检测血糖、血脂等,应用美国GE公司生产的VIVID7型彩色多普勒超声仪,探头频率10MHz,,观察双侧足背动脉血管内经和血流的变化。结果:糖尿病血脂紊乱组病人足背动脉病变明显,足背动脉内径、血流速度明显低于非血脂紊乱组,内中膜明显增厚,血流灌注量明显减少,动脉狭窄甚至闭塞,是糖尿病足坏疽的主要原因。结论:血脂不仅能增加血液黏度,降低红细胞变形能力,血脂紊乱亦是糖尿病足背动脉病变的独立危险因素。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective:To study the morphologic changes and the homodynamics and the supplement in arteriae dorsalis pedis of diabetes mellitus type II with disturbance of lipid metabolism.Method: 60 diabetes mellitus type II patients were adopted in this study who also suffered from disorder of blood lipid metabolism in addition,while 42 cases of diabetes mellitus type II patient without abnormal blood lipid levels served as control group at the same time.The blood glucose and lipid levels were detected by automatic biochemistry analyzer Toshiba 717OS and the inside diameter and blood stream parameter of arteriae dorsalis pedis were screened by ultrasound scan at a frequency of 10MHz by GE made VIVID7 Doppler.Result: The inside diameters and blood viscosity in lipid disturbance group were decreased in contract of blood lipid normal group.The thickened intiam and tunicae media leading to the stenosis or obtunration and the progressives decrease blood supplement of dorsalis pedis were essential to the gangrene of diabetes mellitus foot.Conclusion: The disturbance of lipid metabolism is an independent risk factor for gangrene of diabetes mellitus feet which increase the blood viscosity and decrease the erythrocyte capacity of deformation.更多还原
