【摘要】 目的:提高对混合性脑卒中的认识。方法:回顾性分析57例经头颅CT或MRI证实的混合性脑卒中的资料。结果:占同期脑卒中病例的7%,按发病率的高低分别为:不同部位出血梗死型38例、出血性梗死型16例、蛛网膜下腔出血合并脑梗死型3例,死亡4例。结论:混合性脑卒中在临床上并非少见,临床表现复杂、病情相对较重,在临床中应引起高度重视。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective:To know better the mixed apoplexy.Method:57 cases datas were reviewed,All were proved by CT and MRI examination.Result:The mixed apoplexy occupied 70% in cerebral stroke.There were 38 cases hemorrhage infarction in different part.16 cases hemorrhage infarction,3 cases subarachnoid hemorrhage complicated with cerebral infarction.4 cases were died.Conclusion:The mixed apoplexy are frequency in clinical,most of them with complex manifastion,We’d better pay attention.更多还原
