【摘要】 目的:观察沐舒坦鼓室注射后对分泌性中耳炎伴中耳积液变化的影响,为分泌性中耳炎的治疗提供指导和依据。方法:将分泌性中耳炎患者随机分成治疗组(63例)和对照组(60例),使用回抽方法先抽出中耳积液,然后将勃林格殷格翰公司生产的沐舒坦注射液和地塞米松注射液各0.5ml注入鼓室。结果:治疗组与对照组比较有统计学意义。结论:沐舒坦鼓室注射治疗分泌性中耳炎疗效显著。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective: To observe the change of the media auris effusion of secretory otitis media after intratympanic injection of ambroxol,provide the guidance and the evidence for treatment of secretory otitis media.Method: 123 patients with secretory otitis media,63 patients were randomly divided into the treatment group,comparison group.Pumpback the middle ear effusion,then intratympanic injection with 0.5ml Ambroxol and 0.5ml dexamethasone.Result: There was statistic significance in contrast treatment group with control group.Conclusion: Ambroxol is very effective for the treatment of secretory otitis media.更多还原
