【摘要】 目的:观察无痛人工流产联合米索前列醇的临床效果。方法:将240例要求无痛人工流产的初孕妇随机分为两组:米索前列醇+异丙酚复合芬太尼组和异丙酚组,每组各120例。前者于手术前半小时阴道后穹隆置放米索前列醇0.4μg。观察两组宫颈扩张度、手术时间、出血量、镇痛效果以及人工流产综合征的发生情况等。结果:无痛人工流产联合米索前列醇终止早孕宫颈软化充分,手术时间短,术中出血少,镇痛率100%,人工流产综合征发生率低。结论:米索前列醇配合异丙酚复合芬太尼能有效扩张宫颈、缩短手术时间、减少术中出血,增加了人工流产手术的安全性,值得推广应用。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective: To observe the clinical effect of propofol combined fentanyl,misoprostol on analgesia artificial abortion.Method: 240 cases for painless artificial abortion were divided into two groups randomly,Propofol group and misoprostol-Propofol-fentanyl group,There were 120 patients in every group.Misoprostol was set at the back arched roof of the vaginal at the 0.5h before operation with a dosage of 400μg.followed with anesthesia for induced abortion by intravenous injection of Propofol-fentanyl.Compare the difference of cervical dilatation,operation time,bleeding volume,analgesic effect and artificial abortion syndrome between the two groups.Result: Misoprostol+propofol group showed significant cervix dilatation compared with those in propofol group(p<0.01).Administering misoprostol combined with intravenous propofol effectively shortened the operative time.Reduced the amount of bleeding,the rate of pain and artificial abortion syndrome and the average operation time compared with using propofol alone(P<0.01).Conclusion: The combination of misoprostol and propofol can effectively relax cervix,shorten operative time,reduce the amount of bleeding and improve safety for painless artificial abortion.It is worthly recommended in the clinical application.更多还原
