【摘要】 目的:探讨加替沙星、甲硝唑、兰索拉唑联合应用1周后,d8开始单独服用兰索拉唑30mg,1/d,,共3周根除幽门螺杆菌(HP)的疗效。方法:选择符合条件的90例消化性溃疡患者随机分成两组,第1周治疗组口服加替沙星200mg,2/d,甲硝唑400mg,2/d,兰索拉唑30mg,1/d;对照组口服克拉霉素500mg,2/d,甲硝唑400mg,2/d,兰索拉唑30mg,1/d;第八天开始两组均单独服用兰索拉唑30mg,1/d,共3周。治疗完成4周后复查胃镜及做HP检查。结果:治疗组、对照组HP根除分别为93.3%、88.9%,溃疡愈合率95.6%、93.3%,两组相比,差异均无统计学意义(P>0.05)。未发生严重不良反应。结论:加替沙星、甲硝唑、兰索拉唑联合疗法能安全、有效根除幽门螺旋杆菌,治疗消化性溃疡疗效佳。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective: To investigate the efficacy of one week combined lansoprazole,gatifloxacin and metronidazole in eradication of Helicobacter pylori.Method: Ninty patients with H.pylori-infected peptic ulcer were randomly divided into two groups.Treatment group received lansoprazole 30mg,one time a day and gatifloxacin 200mg,metronidazole 400mg twice a day.Control group received lansoprazole 30mg,one time a day and clarithromycin 500mg,metronidazole 400mg twice a day.After 1 week,both groups received lansoprazole 30mg for 3 weeks.All patients were observed by endoscopy in four weeks after treatment.Result: The eradication rates of H.pylori in group A and group B were 93.3%and 88.9% respectively;the cure rates were 95.6% and 93.3% respectively.There were no significant differences in the eradication rate of H.pylori and cure rate between the two groups(P>0.05).Conclusion: Triple therapy using combined Lansoprazole,gatifloxacin and metronidazole is effective and without side-effects in eradiaxtion of Helicobacter pylori infection and treatment of patients with peptic ulcer.更多还原
