氟橡胶-金属黏接用环氧树脂胶黏剂的黏接性能与黏接机理

【摘要】 用具有高热变形温度的砜类聚合物制备的增黏剂配制了氟橡胶与金属黏接用环氧树脂胶黏剂,研究了胶黏剂的黏接性能及其影响因素。结果表明,增黏剂的适宜用量为30~50质量份,用于胺类硫化氟橡胶与金属黏接时的平均拉伸剪切强度为8~10 MPa。差示扫描量热法的研究表明,增黏剂不仅促进了胶黏剂与金属的黏接,还参与了氟橡胶的黏合与硫化反应,固化剂双氰胺及其分解产物单氰胺均属于伯胺,易于向树脂内扩散,也易于向橡胶层扩散,不但可与环氧基进行加成反应,而且与氟橡胶在黏接界面处生成配位键,从而改善了与氟橡胶的黏接性能。

【Abstract】 The epoxy adhesive modified by tackifier contained polysulfone resin with high heat distortion temperature for fluorine rubber to metal bonding were prepared,and the adhesion properties of the adhesive and their influence factors were studied.The results indicated that the suitable amount of the tackifier was 30-50 phr,and the tensile shear strength of the adhesive could reached 8-10 MPa.The results from differential scanning calorimetry showed that the tackifier could promote the adhesion to metal and also participate in adhesion and vulcanization of fluorine rubber.Both the curing agent and its decomposed product were primary amine,and easy to diffuse to the adhesive and the surface of fluorine rubber.They could not only react with epoxy resin but also coordinate with fluorine rubber on the interface to improve the adhesion properties to fluorine rubber.
