【Abstract】 A ternary terbium complex with iso-nicotinic acid and piperazine was synthesized from terbium acetate, iso-nicotinic acid and piperazine. The structure was characterized by UV-vis, IR, TG-DTA and elemental analysis. The fluorescence property of the complex was determined by fluorescence spectroscopy.更多还原
