微波辐射固相合成cis-和trans-3-(3,4-二羟基苄基)-六氢吡咯并[1,2-a]哌嗪-1,4-二酮
Synthesis of cis- and trans-3-(3,4-dihydroxybenzyl)-hexahydropyrrolo[1,2-a]piperazine-1,4-dione under Microwave Irradiation by Solid-phase
【摘要】 将Boc-L-Pro-L-DOPA-OMe吸附在硅胶上,利用微波技术固相合成了cis-和trans-3-(3,4-二羟基苄基)-六氢吡咯并[1,2-a]哌嗪-1,4-二酮,合计收率70.2%,其结构经1H NMR,13C NMR和HR-MS表征。
【Abstract】 Cis-and trans-3-(3,4-dihydroxybenzyl)-hexahydropyrrolo[1,2-a]piperazine-1,4-dione with yields of 70.2% were synthesized from Boc-L-Pro-L-DOPA-OMe absorbed on the silica gel under microwave irradiation by solid phase. The structures were identified by 1H NMR, 13C NMR and HR-MS.
