2-萘酚完全抗原的合成及其抗体的制备
Synthesis of 2-Naphthol Complete Immunogen and Preparation of Its Antibodies
【摘要】 以2-萘氧乙酸(2)为半抗原,牛血清蛋白(BSA)为载体蛋白,用活化酯法合成了2-萘酚完全抗原(1)。通过调整反应时间,偶联剂二环己基碳二亚胺与2的质量比以及反应体系中的pH,制备了多种结合比的1r。给新西兰大白兔注射112.40进行免疫,获得了用于免疫分析法测定萘酚类物质的合格2-萘酚抗体。
【Abstract】 2-Naphthol complete immunogen(1) was synthesized using(2-naphthoxy)-acetic acid(BNOA) as a half-immunogen and bovine serum albumen(BSA) as a carrier protein by activated esterification.1r of various substitution degrees were prepared by adjusting the activation reaction time,the mass ratio of N′,N-dicyclohexyl carbodiimide and 2,and the pH of reaction system.New Zealand white rabbits were injected 112.24 to obtain favorable polyclonal 2-naphthol antibodies which were used in immunochemical determination of naphthol compounds.
