【摘要】 目的观察超微粉碎麻术散对大鼠急性足跖肿胀的影响。方法雄性SD大鼠20只随机分为2组,各10只。对照组用0.9%氯化钠注射液10 mL/日,分3次灌胃;治疗组用超微粉碎麻术散每只6 g/(kg.d),分3次灌胃。2组均连续灌胃21日,均于第1日首次给药后1 h,每只大鼠左后足跖皮内注射福氏完全佐剂(FCA)0.1 mL诱导大鼠急性足跖肿胀模型,观察其足跖部的肿胀度变化。结果治疗组肿胀度变化呈下降(好转)趋势,对照组肿胀度呈上升(加重)趋势,2组比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论超微粉碎麻术散灌胃可明显抑制大鼠急性足跖肿胀。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To observe the effect of Super Mamu powder on acute rat paw swelling.Methods 20 male SD rats were randomly divided into two groups.Rats in control group(n=10) accepted intragastric administration of 0.9% NaCl solution(10 ml,once a day).Rats in treatment group(n=10) accepted intragastric administration of Super Mamu powder(6 g/kg·d).The course was twenty-one days in two groups.Subcutaneous injections of Freund’s complete adjuvant in the rat left-hind paws were performed for induction acute rat paw swelling model1 h of first time intragastric administration later.Rats paw swelling degrees were measured.Results Rats paw swelling degrees in treatment group showed decreased tendency.But rats paw swelling degrees in control group showed increased tendency.There was obvious difference between two groups on paw swelling degrees(P<0.05).Conclusion Super Mamu powder can obviously restrain rat paw swelling.更多还原
