【摘要】 目的观察针刺联合吞咽训练法对脑卒中后吞咽障碍的临床疗效。方法将66例脑卒中患者随机分为针刺联合吞咽训练组(简称治疗组)和单纯针刺组(简称对照组),各33例。治疗组在常规药物治疗基础上,选取颈项部穴位进行针刺治疗和吞咽训练;对照组在常规药物治疗的基础上仅采用吞咽训练。采用洼田吞咽能力评定法评价康复效果。结果2组治疗前后比较和治疗后比较吞咽能力等级差异均有统计学意义(P<0.01),2组临床疗效比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.01)。结论针刺联合吞咽训练治疗脑卒中后吞咽障碍优于单纯针刺效果。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To observe the effect of combination of acupuncture and deglutition training on deglutition obstacle post-cerebral apoplexy.Methods 66 cases with cerebral apoplexy were divided into combination of acupuncture and deglutition training group(treatment group),and acupuncture group(control group).Beside routine therapy,patients in treatment group(n=33) were treated by combination of acupuncture and deglutition training.Patients in control group(n=33) were treated only by deglutition training.Rehabilitation effect was evaluated with rating method of deglutition ability.Results There were significant differences between two groups post treatment and before and after treatment in two groups on deglutition ability(P<0.01).There was difference between two groups on clinical effect(P<0.01).Conclusion The effect of combination of acupuncture and deglutition training was superior to that in only acupuncture.更多还原
