【摘要】 目的观察细胞破壁蚕龙胶囊治疗复杂部分性发作癫痫的临床疗效。方法选择复杂部分发作性癫痫患者76例,随机分为2组。治疗组38例予细胞破壁蚕龙胶囊,每次3粒,每日3次口服;对照组38例予卡马西平和苯巴比妥口服治疗。2组均4周为1个疗程,连续治疗3个疗程,观察2组临床疗效及治疗前后脑电图变化。结果治疗组总有效率86.84%,对照组总有效率39.47%,2组比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);治疗前后脑电图比较,治疗组总有效率84.21%,对照组总有效率36.84%,2组比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);治疗组无明显毒副作用,对照组27例出现不良反应。结论细胞破壁蚕龙胶囊治疗复杂部分发作性癫痫安全有效。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To observe the effect of cell disruption Canlong capsule on the treatment of complex partial seizures.Methods 76 patients with complex partial seizures were divided into two groups.Patients in treatment group(n=38) were treated by Cell disruption Canlong capsule,3 pills,a day.Patients in control group(n=38) took orally carbamazepine and phenobarbitone.The therapeutic course in two groups was four weeks.After three courses Clinical effect and change of electroencephalogram before and after treatment were observed.Results The total effective rate in treatment group(86.84%) was higher than that in control group(39.47%, P<0.05).The total effective rate of electroencephalogram in treatment group(84.21%) was higher than that in control group(36.84%,P<0.05).There was no the obvious poisonous side effect in treatment group.There was side effect in 27 cases of control group.Conclusion Cell disruption Canlong capsule has definite,safety effect on the treatment of complex partial seizures.更多还原
