【摘要】 目的观察复方杏仁面膜治疗女性黄褐斑患者的临床疗效及对血清性激素水平的影响。方法将148例女性黄褐斑患者随机分为2组。2组患者均予维生素C、维生素E口服,治疗组86例外用复方杏仁面膜,对照组62例外涂复方维A酸霜。12周后采用化学发光免疫分析法测定2组患者血清性激素水平变化,并进行临床疗效比较。结果①治疗组基本治愈率41.86%,总有效率76.74%,对照组基本治愈率27.42%,总有效率61.29%,2组比较差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05),治疗组疗效优于对照组。②治疗组患者治疗后血清卵泡刺激素(FSH)、黄体生成素(LH)、雌二醇(E2)及孕酮(P)水平均明显低于对照组(P<0.05);结论复方杏仁面膜能很好地调节性激素水平,抑制酪氨酸酶活性,减少黑色素的形成,从而起到消除和减轻黄褐斑的作用,疗效确切。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To investigate the effect of Xingren compound pasta on the treatment of chloasma and the level of sex hormone in patients.Methods 148 female with chloasma were randomly divided into 2 groups.Cases in treated group(n=86) were cured externally by Xingren compound pasta and cases in control group(n=62) were treated by tretinoin cream.Vitamin C and Vitamin E were taken in two groups.The level of sex hormone and the clinical effect were observed in two groups before and after treatment.Result The total effective rate of treatment group(76.74%)was superior to that of control group(61.29%,P<0.05).And levels of FSH,LH,E2 and P in treatment group were lower than those in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Xingren compound pasta can regulate the level of sex hormone and inhibit tyrosinase activity,and effectively eliminate and lessen chloasma.更多还原
