【摘要】 目的探讨阿魏酸钠治疗原发性肾病综合征的临床疗效以及对患者尿液水通道蛋白(AQP2)的影响。方法将43例患者随机分为观察组和对照组,观察组采用常规疗法配合阿魏酸钠治疗,对照组采用常规疗法治疗,比较2组治疗前后尿液AQP2、24 h尿蛋白定量、血浆白蛋白及肾功能等指标的变化。结果治疗后观察组临床疗效优于对照组(P<0.05)。结论阿魏酸钠治疗肾病综合征疗效确切,能显著减少患者尿蛋白、改善患者肾功能,并可有效降低患者肾脏AQP2蛋白表达水平,改善患者水潴留状况。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To investigate the treatment efficacy of sodium ferulate and its effect on urine aquaporin-2 level in patients with primary nephrotic syndrome.Methods 43 patients with nephrotic syndrome were divided into two groups randomly,the test group and the control group.Patients in test group were treated with routine medication along with sodium ferulate,and those in control group were treated with routine medication.AQP2 and protein in urine of 24 hours,albumin in blood and kidney function before treatment were compared with those after treatment.Results The treatment efficacy of the test group was better than those of the control group(P<0.05).Conclution Sodium ferulate has obvious efficacy in the treatment of nephrotic syndrome by decreasing urine protein,improving patients’ kidney function,decreasing the express of AQP2 in kidney and alleviating water retention.更多还原
