【摘要】 目的观察评价运用引导组织再生术+植骨与根内骨内种植术联合应用治疗中、重度牙周病的疗效。方法选择16例患者无全身系统性疾病,40颗牙槽骨广泛吸收,松动度明显的患牙经过牙周基础治疗,行引导组织再生术+根内骨内种植术。通过术前及术后6个月牙周袋和附着水平的探诊及X线牙片上牙槽骨的变化进行评价。结果40颗患牙术后愈合良好,均无感染、排异反应,术前术后对比牙周袋明显变浅(P<0.05)、附着水平明显增加(P<0.05),X线片可见明显新骨形成。牙齿松动度明显减轻,使几乎要拔除的牙齿保留下来。结论引导组织再生术+根内骨内种植治疗中、重度牙周并取得满意的临床效果。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To observe and evaluate the therapeutic effect of guided tissue regeneration plus endodontic endosseus implantation on moderate and severe periodontal diseases.Methods 16 patients without systemic diseases,40 teeth were extensive alveolar bone absorption,which lose significantly to make a periodontal treatment,were performed by endodontic endosseus implantation regeneration and bone implants.Six months before and after treatment the periodontal pocket probing attachment and dental X-ray film were conducted and the changes in alveolar bone were evaluated.Results 40 teeth healed well,no infection and rejection.The periodontal pocket became lighter obviously after treatment.Attachment degree was significantly increased,formation of new bones could be seen clearly from the X-ray film.The significant loose teeth,almost to be extracted,were preserved.Conclusion The guided tissue regeneration treatment,endodontic endosseus implantation and severe periodontal can get satisfactory clinical therapeutic effect.更多还原
