抑郁症大鼠脑组织和血液中神经递质水平的检测

【摘要】 目的探讨单胺类神经递质在抑郁症发病中的作用,为诊断和临床治疗提供一种有效的检测手段。方法对SD大鼠进行21d慢性刺激建立抑郁症模型后,对参与调节情感、睡眠及记忆等的海马、皮质组织以及血液中的去甲肾上腺素(NE)、多巴胺(DA)进行荧光检测。结果NE、DA在抑郁症大鼠脑组织皮质和海马中的水平同其在血液中的浓度一样,均比正常大鼠显著降低(P<0.05或<0.01)。结论NE和DA水平降低是造成抑郁症发病的主要原因。荧光法检测血液中的神经递质水平,可以作为临床诊断和治疗过程中评判抑郁症减轻程度的一个有效手段。

【Abstract】 Objective To detect the neurotransmitter in brain tissue and blood of depressed rats,to investigate the role of monoamine neurotransmitter in depression and to provide an effective test facility for diagnose and clinic treatment.MethodsThe depression models of SD rats were established by chronic stimulation for 21 days.The levels of norepinephrine(NE) and dopamine(DA) which participated in the regulation of affection,sleeping,memory in hippocampus,cerebral cortex and blood were determined by fluorospectrophotometry.ResultsThe levels NE and DA in hippocampus and cerebral cortex of depressed rats werethe same as those in blood,and both of them were significantly lower than those of normal rats(P<0.05 or P<0.01).ConclusionThe reduction of levels of NE and DA is the primary cause of depression.The detection of levels of neurotransmitters by fluorescence can be used as an effective means of clinicaldiagnosis and judging the extenuation degree in depression treatment.
