【摘要】 目的探讨成年女性尿道粘膜脱垂的病因、诊断和治疗方法。方法回顾10余年的病例,分析本病发病的原因与诱因,总结诊断要点和治疗方法。结果18例均为成年女性,有腹压增高诱因9例,非手术治疗2例痊愈,其中17例为绝经期后女性。环行或半环行切除术16例,均病理证实,1例并发术后出血。14例随访3个月~7年,1例术后3个月复发。结论绝经期雌激素水平降低,尿道周围组织松弛是本病主要原因,腹压增高可能是本病诱因。脱垂粘膜切除术是本病可靠的治疗方法,尿道外口脱出环行或半环行肿物为本病主要诊断要点,病理为确诊依据。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To investigate the adult female urethral mucosa prolapse etiology,diagnosis and treatment methods.Methods A retrospective review of cases more than 10 years,the incidence of this case and the reasons for the incentives,summing up diagnosis and treatment methods.Results 18 patients were adult women,abdominal pressure increased incentives nine cases,non-surgical treatment of two cases recovered,of which 17 were for women after menopause.Circular or semi-circular resection of 16 cases were pathologically confirmed,with one case of postoperative bleeding.14 patients followed up for 3 months to 7 years,one case of recurrence after three months.Conclusion Postmenopausal Estrogen levels decreased urethral surrounding tissue relaxation is the main reason for this disease,abdominal pressure is increased incentive for the disease.Prolapsed mucosal resection of the disease is a reliable method of treatment,urethra,mouth prominent circular or semi-circular mass-based diagnosis of the main points for the pathological diagnosis basis.更多还原
