【摘要】 目的观察沙培林联合顺铂、丝裂霉素治疗恶性胸腔积液的临床疗效。方法将40例恶性胸水患者随机分为序贯治疗组20例和常规治疗组20例。两组患者在胸腔闭式引流放尽胸水后,序贯治疗组注入顺铂、丝裂霉素和沙培林,常规治疗组注入顺铂、丝裂霉素治疗。结果序贯治疗组完全有效(CR)9例,部分有效(PR)9例,总有效率90%,常规治疗组CR6例,PR 7例,总有效率65%,两组比较差异有显著性(P<0.05)。结论沙培林、顺铂和丝裂霉素序贯治疗恶性胸腔积液疗效好,毒副作用少,有较高临床应用价值。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To observe the effects of OK-432 combined with cisplatin(DDP) and mitomycin(MMC) in the treatment of malignant hydrothorax.Methods Forty patients with malignant hydrothorax were randomly divided into the therapeutic group(OK-432+DDP+MMC,20 patients) and the control group(DDP+MMC,20 patients).After completely depleting malignant pleural effusion,the therapeutic group patients were slowly injected with OK-432+ cisplatin + mitomycin into the thoracic cavity and the control group were injected cisplatin+ mitomycin.Results The response rate of the therapeutic group was 90%(18/20) and the control group was 65%(13/20);P<0.05.Conclusion The therapeutic effect of OK-432 combining with cisplation and therapy is markedly effective for malignant pleural effusion,and the toxic reaction is lower.It has better clinical value.更多还原
