毛蚶人工育苗及附着基选择初探
The primary study on the artificial hatchery and the adhereing base selection of Scapharca subcrenata
【摘要】 根据毛蚶自然生活习性和附着习性进行设计,共利用水体1 000 m3,种贝2 539枚,分两池蓄养,其中只有一池一次性获得受精卵30亿个,经培养到"D"幼时有20.6亿个。附着期间采用网片、波纹板两种附着基和直接附底进行对比试验。当培育到1 mm时进行室外大水面暂养,最终获得稚贝13.2亿个。
【Abstract】 The culture of seedling was designed according to natural life habit of and attachment life of the Scapharca subcrenata,making use of a water body 1 000 m3,grow shell 2 539,dividing two ponds to raise,among them only one pond one time acquire a fertilizied egg 3 000 000 000,through develop "D" young have 20.6 hundred million.In the adhering period,it was carried on contrastive tested by adopting a net slice,ripples plank two kinds attachment with directly attach bottom.While it was 1 mm and temporarily outdoors cultured in the big water substance,it acquired puerile shell 1 320 000 000.
