桐籽饼粕粗蛋白降解菌的选育与鉴定
Breeding and Identification of the Degrading Bacteria of Crude Protein in Tung Fructification
【摘要】 利用连续稀释分离法和平板划线分离法将自然发酵的桐桐饼中的细菌进行筛选与诱变育种.得到三株能高效降解桐籽饼粕粗蛋白的细菌DBPTF1,′DBPTF2′和DBPTF6,′经过鉴定分别为地衣芽孢杆菌B.licheniform is,白色短小杆菌C.albidum,肉葡萄球菌S.carnosus.
【Abstract】 By using continuous dilution separation and flat crossed separation,the bacteria from the natural fermentation of tung fructification was filtrated and bred.Three kinds of bactera including DBPTF1′,DBPTF2′ and DBPTF6′ were obtained.They were identified as B.licheniformis,C.albidum and S.carnosus.
