【Abstract】 In recent years,urban management official of violence has become increasingly serious,and the impact is stronger and stronger in society.As the Government’s staff,the people’s "public servants" of urban management officials have become "the enemy of the people" because of law enforcement of violence.This article,from of the conflict theory,model loss theory and Psychoanalytic Theory of the sociology,analyzes the theoretical basis to form this behavior and puts forward the relevant suggestions to avoid it.更多还原
