改善篮球攻击性防守质量的若干问题探讨
The Improvement of Offensive Defense Quality in Basketball
【摘要】 对篮球攻击性防守的地位、作用、影响因素进行了分析,同时提出了攻击性防守的原则和训练方法,以期为改善我国篮球攻击性防守的效果提供参考。
【Abstract】 This paper analyzes the role of offensive defense in basketball playing and explores the factors affecting offensive defense;meanwhile,it provides the principles and training methods for the defense to help us improve defense quality.
