不同pH值和培养基对金灰藓(Pylaisiella polyantha)孢子萌发的影响

【摘要】 将金灰藓(Pylaisiella polyantha(Hedw.)Grout)孢子接种在Knop,SH,N63种培养基上,每种培养基设置不同pH梯度,定时镜检孢子的萌发情况.分别得出在3种培养基中,pH为7,8,7时孢子萌发得最好,说明金灰藓的孢子萌发适宜于中性环境.比较在pH为7的环境下、相同时间内3种培养基中的孢子萌发率,得出在Knop培养基上的孢子萌发率最高,培养72 h后萌发率达10%,168 h后萌发率达95%以上.

【Abstract】 The spores of the Pylaisiella polyantha(Hedw.) Grout have been inoculated on the Knop,SH and N6 cultures media,and each culture medium was intercalated different pH grad,and research the germination of the spores every some time.From the observation,got the best result of the spores germination when pH is 7,8,7 in the three culture media.That indicates the spores germination of the Pylaisiella polyantha like the natral environment.The spore germination rate is the highest on the Knop culture medium when pH is 7 and the three cases are in the same time,the germination rate gets 10 percent after 72 h,and gets 95 percent after 168 h.The results show that the Knop culture medium is excellent.
