【Abstract】 A global review shows that the income of the average developing countries has turned on a superior entrepreneurship than in the developed countries in 2005,in particular,in the rate of the early-stage entrepreneurship.However,the transfer rate is superior,and males are more creative than females in the developed countries.So the technology tends to disseminate from developed to the developing countries.更多还原
