有机硒与维生素E对肥育猪生产性能和肉质的影响
Effect of Organic Selenium and Vitamin E on Growth Performance and Meat Quality of Finishing Pigs
【摘要】 试验研究了在基础日粮中添加有机硒(酵母硒)和维生素E后对肥育猪生产性能和肉质的影响。结果表明,有机硒及维生素E对肥育猪的日增重、日采食量和料肉比均无显著影响(P>0.05)。添加0.3mg.kg-1有机硒+200 mg.kg-1 VE显著提高了猪肉的pH1、pH2、肉色评分(P<0.05),分别比对照组提高了7.34%、6.16%、23.14%;极显著降低了滴水损失(P<0.01),比对照组降低16.37%。其他各组差异不显著(P>0.05)。
【Abstract】 To study the effect of organic selenium and vitamin E in the base diet on growth performance and meat quality.The results showed that there was no significant difference in average daily gain,daily feed intake and feed conversion rate(P>0.05).Supplementation of 0.3 mg·kg-1 organic Selenium+200 mg·kg-1 Vitamin E significantly improved pH1,pH2 and meat color score(P<0.05) by 7.34%、6.16% and 23.14% respectively.At the same time,it also significantly decreased drip loss by 16.37%(P<0.01).There was no significant difference among the other groups(P>0.05).
