【Abstract】 Strengthening the construction of the teachers’ professional ethics is the focus of attention of the current education reform. By way of analyzing the problems existing in the construction of teacher’s professional ethics,the thesis points out that the teacher’s professional ethics education needs to infiltrate through the daily education and teaching activities. Besides,it should be based on the teachers and display the personalities of them.The teacher’s professional ethics should emphases the grade and the pertinency.Further more,the construction of human connotation should be included in the school management system,to ensure the realization of the teacher’s professional ethics.更多还原
