【摘要】 转基因植物中选择标记的存在是影响转基因植物安全的重要因素之一。目前主要从两个方面来解决转基因植物中选择标记的安全问题,一是选用安全的选择标记,二是构建无选择标记或标记删除转化系统。对目前几种重要的安全标记和无选择标记转基因技术的最新研究进展进行了综述,并对这些技术在转基因植物研究中的应用前景进行了展望。更多还原

【Abstract】 The safety of the transgenic plants would be ascribed to the selection marker genes present in their genomes to a great extent.Two strategies including utilization of the safe marker genes and marker-free techniques are usually exploited for the production of the transgenic plants.In this paper,the advances in the recent research of the utilization of the safe marker genes and marker-free techniques were reviewed and the possible applications of these techniques were also discussed.更多还原
