高速线材的再结晶规律

【摘要】 借助于理论分析与实验模型,针对唐钢高速线材厂产品Φ6.5mm硬线的再结晶规律进行了研究。结果表明,轧制过程以亚动态再结晶为主;精轧道次发生不完全再结晶导致再结晶软化不充分。这将为将再结晶软化不充分引入力能的计算提供了修正的依据,并为在生产实际中控制与预报高线产品的组织性能提供了理论基础。

【Abstract】 The recrystallization of Φ6.5mm hard wire of high speed wire plant of Tanggang was studied according to theoretical and experimental model.The result indicated that metadynamic recrystallization is major in rolling passes,and there are insufficient recrystallization in finish rolling passes which will provide basis not only for the calculation of force and energy considering the influence of insufficient softening on it but also for the controlling and predicting the structure and property of high speed wire.
