钛酸铝—板状氧化铝复合材料合成与性能
The Synthesis and Properties of Aluminum Titanate-tabular Alumina Composite
【摘要】 将钛酸铝和板状刚玉按不同比例配合;再经成型、干燥、烧成制备试样。意图获得具有高抗热震性的高温复合材料;然后通过X射线及扫描电镜对试样分别进行相组成分析和微观结构分析,探索研究该复相材料物相组成,显微结构与抗热震性能的相互作用关系。试验结果表明:板状刚玉的引入在试样中形成架状结构,钛酸铝填充其中孔隙,钛酸铝的引入可以抑制板状刚玉晶体的长大,并与板状刚玉相热膨胀失配,产生微裂纹增韧,提高试样的抗热震性能。
【Abstract】 The Al2TiO5-tabular alumina composite was synthesized by Al2TiO5 and tabular alumina with different ra- tios.Phase and microstructure of the compositye were measured by X-ray deffraction (XRD) and scaned by electron microscopy (SEM).The thermal expansion and thermal shock resistance were also tested.The results show that atabular alumina can form skeleton construction in the samples,and Al2TiO5 fill in the pores.The Al2TiO5 suppres- ses the crystls growth of tabular alumina,and mismatches with the themal expansion of tabular abumina phases,and creates a large number of micro-cracks in the samples.For these results the composite holds low thermal expansion and excellent thermal shock resistance.
