【Abstract】 Discipline construction is the foundation of specialty development and the core mission of higher education.Aiming to the developmental objective of key discipline,academic leader cultivation and resources equipment,how to strengthen the key discipline of crop science,make positive innovation and improve the school quality of Shihezi University were discussed.The aim was to take the advantage of personnel and discipline,establish a high level of scientific research team in western colleges and universities,improve their technological innovation capability,which would benefit for economic and sustainable development of society.更多还原
