反相高效液相色谱法测定十味诃子散中的没食子酸

【摘要】 采用反相高效液相色谱法,用十八烷基硅烷键合硅胶为填充剂,甲醇-水(V甲醇∶V水,5∶95)为流动相,检测274 nm处波长。结果表明:十味诃子散中没食籽酸含量的线性范围为0.020 6~0.247 2μg,平均回收率99.6%,RSD=1.6%(n=9)。

【Abstract】 To establish a quantitative method to determine the content of gallic acid in Shiwei Hezi powder.The content of gallic acid in Shiweihezi powder was determined by RP-HPLC.The separation was performed on Kromasil C18column with a mobile phase of methanol-water(5∶95) and detected at wavelength of 274 nm.Results showed that the linearity range of the gallic acid content in gallic acid in Shiwei Hezi powder was 0.020 6-0.247 2 μg and the average recovery of gallic acid was 99.6%,RSD was 1.6%.
