水煤浆燃烧脱硫剂优选的探讨

【摘要】 选用碳酸钙、氢氧化钙和氧化钙三种脱硫剂进行水煤浆燃烧脱硫实验,同时,测定和研究了水煤浆中分别加入易解离(氢氧化钙)和不易解离(碳酸钙)两类脱硫剂对水煤浆流变性的影响。实验表明,易解离的氢氧化钙虽然脱硫率相对较高,但加入水煤浆后,浆体呈现出不流动的状态,不适合用作水煤浆燃烧脱硫剂;而水煤浆加入不溶于水的碳酸钙后,其抗温升、抗剪切能力强,水煤浆仍具有较好的流动特性。

【Abstract】 CaCO3,Ca(OH)2 and CaO were used on sulfur retention when CWM combustioning.The effects of CaCO3 and Ca(OH)2 on rheological characteristics of CWM were also investigated at the same time.The results of tests on desulfuration and rheological characteristics show that Ca(OH)2 is better than CaCO3 in respect of the desulfurated effect,but when Ca(OH)2 appended to CWM,calcium ion will appear resulting in decreasing in flowability,thus it is not suitable for CWM desulphurizer during combustion.CaCO3 is not dissociative in water.There are few harmful effects on rheological characteristics,even at a large range of temperature and shear rate.
